Innovation process
Since innovations are more than just ideas, the creative spirit must be supported by a systematic and flexible process. At GG, we support all innovations from their conception to their final implementation in three stages.
In the first discovery phase, opportunities are identified, evaluated, and prioritized. Then the approved innovation projects enter an incubation phase in which technical and market-related requirements are assessed up to the market readiness.
