In the past few years, Gebauer & Griller, a leading manufacturers of cables, wires and cable harnesses has risen from a being medium-sized company into international competition. With the opening of plants in Europe, Asia, and North America, new, professional structures were also built into operations. The owners of the company, which has been family-owned since its foundation in 1940, are now laying the groundwork for the professionalization of the shareholder structure.
This is especially necessary due to the increasing number of shareholders, most of whom do not work in the company.

Nikolaus Griller, who was previously responsible for the Sales, Marketing, and Innovation Management departments as a managing director, will take on a leading role within the circle of shareholders. At the request of the owner family, he will manage extensive tasks of coordination between the owners and management. As a result of his departure from management, managing directors Eva Schinkinger (CEO), Axel Blasko and Holger Fastabend will take over Nikolaus Griller’s obligations from April 1, 2018. Nikolaus Griller worked in the operative business of GG for seven years and has been a member of management since 2015.
